Though program lengths and specific designs vary, Training, Inc. programs include these components in the environment of a professional workplace:

      1)  Hands-on occupational job skills training in a variety of high-demand skills such as administrative office support, medical office, Certified Nurse Aide, and commercial truck driving. Skill-building sessions are supplemented by:

 - Business English and Math skills enhancement
 - Staff and volunteer-led workshops on topics such customer service, human relations, learning and communication styles, professional image, financial budgeting, and time management
 - Self-assessment  and career goal setting
   - Personal counseling and mentoring

2)  Participation as an employee in a three-week company simulation that allows trainees to apply their technical skills and to deepen their skills in teamwork, communication, and problem solving

3) Employer Internships which deepen the “culture of work” experience

4) Job search skills training and assistance
