There are many ways for workforce development programs and organizations to get involved with the Training, Inc. network of organizations:

1. Get To Know Us Better
Learn more about the Training, Inc. approach by spending time at a Training, Inc. member site, attending a workshop provided by Training, Inc. staff, reading one of the publications featuring Training, Inc., or viewing the Public/Private Ventures video "Hard Work on Soft Skills."

2. Assess Where We Could Help
Introduce your staff to the basic Essential Practices of Training, Inc. through purchasing staff development and planning workshops, beginning with an "Essential Practices Audit" to identify strengths your organization can build on and areas to focus on for better results.

3. Affiliate with the TI National Network
Purchase technical assistance to integrate Training, Inc. strategies into an element of your existing program design.  Create and implement a one-year plan that includes additional staff training, a visit to an anchor Training, Inc. site, access to tools that will enhance practice, and ongoing consultation.

4.  Become a Training, Inc. Member Site
Implement a full Training, Inc. program in your organization by purchasing intensive technical assistance over an 18 to 24-month period – including set-up assistance, two weeks of staff training, Training, Inc. curriculum transfer, first-year implementation guidance, and evaluation.  Participate in ongoing interchange and training activities of the Training, Inc. affiliate network, with access to staff mentors.  Track and report program outcomes as agreed on by the network.  Use the Training, Inc. name and logo in program materials.

5. Anchor Your Region as a Training, Inc. National Leader
After meeting member standards for at least two years, become a “hub” site for other organizations in your region who want to model the Training, Inc. approach.   Provide staff training and technical assistance for other organizations.   Be a host for others’ site visits.

For more information on any of these opportunities, contact the Training, Inc. National Association at info@traininginc.org or call Marty Miles at 317-264-6740, ext. 18.
