Their curriculum offers the combination of technical training, soft skills development and ongoing community support needed for trainees to find and retain good jobs.

Nationally, Training, Inc. National Association offers a variety of resources to other organizations in the workforce development field:

Innovative Curriculum Tools which can help programs increase program and job retention by engaging participants in the culture of work and strengthening the learning community

Program Consulting that assists other organizations with understanding and implementing Training, Inc.’s curriculum and successful strategies in their own existing programs

Staff Trainng that can help programs get better results by building strong relationships with employers, integrating the culture of work into their curriculum, accommodating diverse learning styles, using participant coaching tools, understanding the culture of poverty, and applying continuous improvement processes

Training, Inc. Affiliation,either as an existing program or a new fully-developed Training, Inc. site. Training, Inc. affiliate programs are sponsored by a variety of community-based organizations, community colleges, and public agencies. Participation in the TI affiliate network allows organizations to build on the wisdom of other experienced staff around the challenges of program set-up, funding, training delivery, and job placement and retention.
