Training, Inc. National offers assessment workshops, staff training, and consulting to assist workforce development organizations in strengthening their performance.  Here are a few examples:

International Institute of Rhode Island - Providence, RI
IIRI utilized Training, Inc. assistance in strengthening their education and training programs for refugees and immigrants.  Through staff workshops and site visits Training, Inc. helped IIRI staff gain new ideas on engaging employers, setting up effective internships, integrating workplace simulation and more soft skills into their programs, and managing their data to improve results.

New Hampshire African Community Center – Manchester, NH
Training, Inc. worked with staff to design a pilot office skills program for African refugees resettling in the Manchester region.   Training, Inc. also coached staff on developing employer partnerships for hiring and internships. 

Interstate Realty Management Company - Cherry Hill, NJ 
As part of the Neighborhood Networks initiative of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Training, Inc. worked with staff on ways to involve more employers and community partners in computer learning centers that were part of IRM’s housing communities.

New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women - Albuquerque, NM
Training, Inc. helped staff of TeamWorks, a training program for women leaving public assistance, to incorporate a workplace simulation approach into the program’s curriculum to increase participants’ job retention skills.

S & K Holding Company - Montana
Training, Inc. facilitated planning around ways to design a work simulation around the unique skills and needs of residents and employers who were part of the Salish & Kootenai Native American tribe, as part of a U.S. Department of Labor Welfare to Work grant.
