Changed Lives … Stronger Families

Training, Inc. graduates experience “transformation” during the program as they discover new strengths, new skills, and new possibilities for the future.  Through good jobs with good employers, graduates also improve the quality of life for their families.  Here are just a few of many examples:

“When I came to Training, Inc., I had recently ‘rejoined society’ after years of homelessness and addiction.  Now I am working and attending Ivy Tech Community College to get my degree in Addictions Counseling.”


Velda, Essex County College Trainng, Inc. - Newark :
“I moved to the U.S. as an adult, and was able to earn only minimum wage at a few jobs.  I decided I needed to better myself through training, and I entered the Office Support program at Training, Inc.  After successfully completing the training, I was hired in clerical support at the State of New Jersey .  One year later I was offered a permanent position as Administrative Assistant.  I can’t stop smiling because my life has changed so much.  I owe everything to Training, Inc. and I am very proud of my accomplishments.”
