Graduate Panel - Help another trainee by sharing your own experiences at Training, Inc. and in your new job

Personal & Professional Development Workshops - Offer tips on such topics as the business culture, building a professional wardrobe, stress management, time management, dealing with diversity, managing finances, nutrition, parenting, and accessing community resources.

Board or Advisory Task Forces - Work with program staff in areas such as marketing, curriculum development, employer relationships, and fundraising.

Tutoring  - Help trainees improve their math and English skills

Mentoring / Employer Liaison - Work one-on-one with a trainee, sharing your own workplace experience and being a sounding board as they face work-related challenges

Simulation Customer - Help trainees with their customer service and problem solving skills as you place an order with our company simulations

Software Assistant  - Spend time in the training lab helping trainees learn the basics of word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software

Practice Interviewing - Help trainees build their confidence about employment interviews

Job Search Assistant  - Help trainees as they prepare a resume and plan their job search strategies

Testing and Assessment Assistant  - Help determine the needs of new applicants to the program
