The Board of Trustees of the Training, Inc. National Association leads the organization in planning new ways to expand the impact of Training, Inc.’s approach to other communities and to ensure that existing programs maintain quality results.   

At the local affiliate level, advisory boards and Partners Councils ensure that programs stay responsive to the needs of local employers and have the necessary programmatic and financial resources.
